When you buy the kit, we will refund the cost of your floor plan.

All weld-up kits will come with painted columns and trusses cut to size.

All wall girts, roof girts, and cutouts will be done on-site by the welder.

On all weld-up kits we will provide the CNC cut clips for metal structures.

All clips will be welded on site on the weld-up buildings.

Engineered Plans:

If you purchase a kit, that is un-altered and does not need to be re-engineered for your zip code,  We provide all engineered plans for the metal structure and how to weld up and install it.
If we need te re-engineer to your zip code, and engineering fee is required. The engineered plans for this kit are 25+ pages long and require a week of work. We don’t offer free engineering services. Engineers are not employees, the are subcontractors.

We will provide all paneling at the client’s choice of colors.

Windows and door not included with the red iron kit. Frame-outs for windows and doors are included. This price is based on the shell only, with no internal framing.
