The Barndo Plans team designs barndominium buildings, and we do have architects on payroll, but we do not guarantee that the plan you have picked was designed by a licensed architect. We make all our floor plans on barndoplans.com based on the rules/codes for which the plan was designed. These rules may be and are likely different from the ones in your area. Some areas have very few rules, and others areas are thick with red tape. It’s your job to ensure your building follows your local rules/code. If you buy a barndominium plan from us, the sale is final. Please do your research. We do not refund or exchange plans.
