The Barndo Plans team (Home Plans, LLC) designs barndominium buildings, and we do have licensed architects on payroll, but we do not guarantee that the plan you have picked was designed by a licensed architect (at this time, all plans are). We make all our floor plans on available on this website based on the rules/codes for which the plan was designed. These rules may be and are likely different from the ones in your area. Some areas have very few rules, and other areas are thick with red tape. It’s your job to ensure your building follows your local rules/code. If you buy a barndominium plan from this website, the sale is final. Please do your research. We do not refund or exchange plans once the blueprint has been sent. That being said, we are very customer-focused and will try to work with you to find a solution to your problem.
