About Our SIPs Home Kits
Our Structural Insulated Panel (SIPs) Home Kits offer an innovative and sustainable solution for building highly energy-efficient homes. Each panel is constructed using closed-cell foam insulation encased between two high-quality OSB boards, ensuring excellent thermal performance, structural integrity, and resistance to moisture and pests. The panels are pre-engineered and pre-fab in sections with pre-cut openings for windows, doors, plumbing, and electrical wire runs, significantly reducing construction time and labor costs.
Note: Offsite construction, as we use in our SIPs Kits, helps reduce time to build, cost of labor, and reduces waste.

Once assembled and enclosed, our SIP homes boast some of the best energy-efficiency ratings available, thanks to their tight air seal and superior insulation, which minimize thermal bridging and air leakage.

Insulation and R-Values
Our panels are available in various thicknesses to meet your insulation needs:
- 6.50" panels: R-26
- 8.25" panels: R-33
- 10.25" panels: R-42
- 12.25" panels: R-51
Our standard kits feature 6.5" wall panels and 8.25" roof panels, offering a balance of affordability and energy performance. Custom configurations can be tailored to enhance insulation for extreme climates.
Garage Options
While our standard kits include a traditional garage, you have the option to upgrade to a fully insulated SIP garage for improved energy efficiency and seamless integration with your home. Please note that adding insulated panels to the garage increases the overall cost.
