About Us
Home Plans LLC (MyBarndoPlans.com) sells, and deliver barndominium floor plans and prefabricated home kits across the U.S, focusing on three major regions. We’re growing fast, with active builds in multiple states and we have a need for strong partner network. To keep that growth moving, we’re hiring a Partner Manager to help recruit, onboard, and support the builders, installers, and vendors who bring our kits to life.
Role Overview
The Partner Manager will own relationships with our external partners—from builders to kit erectors to suppliers. This role ensures that every partner understands our systems, follows our “Bonds of Performance,” and is set up to succeed. You’ll be the connective tissue between our internal team and the people on the ground, making sure projects run smoothly and partners are equipped to sell more of our plans and kits.
Responsibilities
- Recruit & Onboard: Identify and onboard new partners (builders, installers, suppliers & mortgage brokers) into our ecosystem.
- Educate & Support: Train partners on our home kits, processes, and values. Serve as their go-to resource.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with partners across multiple states.
- Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between partners and our internal design/construction teams.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance against agreed KPIs and provide feedback or solutions.
- Growth: Work with leadership to develop strategies that drive more kit sales through the partner channel.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or channel sales.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in the construction, home building, or prefab housing industry (direct experience a plus).
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Able to travel occasionally for partner visits and events.
