The El Dorado Quinn was build from Cold-Formed Steel and features 26 Gauge Metal Siding and a Copper-colored standing seam metal roof that turned heads before the build was even complete. The siding provides a clean, low-maintenance finish, while the roofing adds a premium touch that’s hard to beat. Sure, we had a delay waiting for the custom roofing panels, but the result speaks for itself.
Built in No Time (Almost)
One of the best things about The Quinn kit is how quickly the structure goes up. From the moment the foundation is ready, you can have the frame and internal walls up in no time. It’s a streamlined process, designed to get you to the next phase—electrical and plumbing—as fast as possible.
This home was built on a slab foundation in a heavily wooded area with a small stream nearby, making the perfect natural backdrop. The open-concept design paired with large windows makes this compact home feel bright and spacious, even in the middle of the woods.
