One bedroom and One bathroom per unit with and an open floor plan make this a great choice for your new barndominium under 1000 sq ft.
The barndominium can be built anywhere in the USA; some small structural changes will be made for high snow areas.

The Quinn Duplex is 921 Square Foot Barndominium Floor Plan Split into Two Units
This budget-friendly duplex barndominium floor plan and home kit maximizes livable space in each unit by eliminating hallways. Great for building an income generating property. We think you can finish it for 120k-130k. Our kit will get you most of the way there.
This small duplex plan is adorable and affordable. The floor plan is great for an income property on your existing land. We actually modified our existing Quinn for a family with two adult kids that will use this a private living space ADU. You can order the plan without ordering the home kit.
This cold-formed steel kit is amazing. If you have your foundation ready when the kit arrives, you can have the home closed off and ready to wire and plumb in a few days.
Each side of the duplex is a mirror of the other side with a Master Bedroom on each side of the plan.
This barndo floorplan boasts a compact design that maximizes its 451 sq ft space per unit. By eliminating the use of hallways, we make each unit of this duplex about the size of a small one bedroom apartment. Upon entering through the front door, you’ll be welcomed with an open floor plan.
The barndo kitchen has been designed to be highly functional, featuring a spacious island design that can accomodate dining or casual conversations with the cook.
