This barndominium comes available as both a floor plan and as a comprehensive home kit. The SIPs (Structurally Insulated Panels) option ensures that your new home will be energy efficient, easy to assemble, and durable for years to come. The prefabricated components make construction quicker and more cost-effective, so you can enjoy your new home sooner than with traditional methods.

We planned for enough room in The Harmony Barndo to have a large gathering kitchen that connects to the living room and adjacent dining area. The kitchen island was designed to have ample space for seating.

This oversized three-car garage has room for all your toys and direct access to the barndominium living area and the front and back of the house.

The steel barndominium kit includes all metal for the main steel structure, roof, siding, and porch roof material.

• Engineered plans for the base metal structure are included
• Porches, rafters, and posts are normally made of wood, which is not included.
• All wall girts, roof girts, and cutouts will be done on-site by the welder.
• Weld-up kits will provide the CNC cut clips for metal structures.
• All clips will be welded on-site by the contractor.
• Paneling is included in the client’s choice of standard colors. Metal Gauge:
