At the heart of the Cottonwood’s flexible layout are five bedrooms, which can seamlessly transform into offices, hobby rooms, or guest suites as your needs evolve. An open-concept living area flows into a modern kitchen featuring a convenient island and bar, perfect for both everyday family meals and weekend entertaining. Step through double doors onto the wrap-around porch—or directly into the south-facing garden—and enjoy the covered outdoor patio for year-round relaxation.
