The Apex Barndo features five spacious bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, 1/2 bath and a home office. The Apex Barndominium provides ample room for everyone in the family to have their private haven. The bathrooms, fitted with modern amenities and tasteful finishings, are designed to offer a relaxing experience after a long day.
The Apex Barndominium master suite is designed to be luxurious, featuring a large master bathroom, a walk-in closet, and windows for natural light. Just one of the five amazing bedrooms.
We planned for enough room in The Apex Barndo to have a large gathering kitchen that connects seamlessly to the living room and adjacent dining area. Like most of our Barndo Plans, the kitchen counter will have space for seating.
This oversized SUPER garage, shop, and barn has room for your RV and fleet of vehicles, and a small army. If you have a lot of things to store or want a large workshop, this is the floor plan for you.
2.5 times STRONGER than a stick-framed home.
Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP) kits are made with closed-cell spray foam sandwiched between two zinc-treated boards. The home can have an R Factor as high as R-51. The components of the SIP Walls are low or no VOC (Off-Gasing). SIP homes are strong and have withstood natural disasters like hurricanes, earthquakes and tornadoes. We will engineer to your zip code as required.
Our panels incorporate SIP Shield+ and are treated to safeguard against decay and wood-boring insects.
The Apex SIP Kit uses SIP for the living area of the home; the Garage is priced as red iron. We can price the garage in SIP if you want an insulated shop area.
The SIP Kit is our most complete kit. The home kit includes:
- Structurally Insulated Wall Panels (R-Value 26 upgradeable to R42)
- Structurally Insulated Roof Panels (R-Value 42 upgradeable to R51)
