The perfect little ADU has ample living space for an aging parent or an adult child who is not quite ready to buy their own home. This ADU allows you to keep your loved one close to home while offering indepence.

The plan does not have a plumbing plan or HVAC plan. We recommend a mini-split with two zones.
This is a DIY-friendly home kit for people who have basic construction knowledge. We ship the kit in 8-foot wide panels. The hardest part about erecting this kit is the siding and the roofing. It really is a skill to get it just right. We can erect this kit for you or help you find local help.
Cold-formed Kits are becoming our most popular kits because once they are erected, you are 55-60% done building your home.

This ADU was designed to be the perfect little SIPs kit. We can erect this little kit and have it “dried in” and ready for plumbing and electrical in 5 days or less. SIPs are hyper energy efficient.
