The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to translate architectural concepts into clear, accurate drawings and communications.

We are open to candidates with a background as a draftsman, residential designer, or even an executive assistant who has hands-on experience in construction, design, or architectural coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the architecture team to prepare and revise residential construction drawings and documentation.

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, helping to clarify design intent and project details.

  • Coordinate with engineers when required to ensure drawings meet structural and code requirements.

  • Organize and maintain project documentation, drawings, and revisions.

  • Assist in client presentations, plan modifications, and design updates.

  • Provide support in tracking project progress and ensuring deliverables are met on time.

Qualifications

  • Experience in residential drafting, design, or related construction fields.

  • Proficiency with drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with both technical teams and clients.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different types of residential construction projects.

  • Executive assistant or project coordination experience in a construction/design firm will be considered.

What We’re Looking For

  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy.

  • Comfortable bridging communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • A proactive problem-solver who can manage both drafting tasks and client interactions.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary.
  • Performance-based bonus or commission tied to partner sales and project success.
  • Health, dental, vision, and 401k (after eligibility period).
