You can adjust your selections or even transfer your deposit to a different kit, as long as engineering for your zip code hasn’t started.

 Kit Warranty

The Summit Home Kit includes materials from multiple suppliers, and all warranties are passed directly to you.

• Red Iron Steel – Sourced from trusted North American suppliers like Nucor.
• SIP Kits are made by one of the oldest SIP manufacturers in the Country and are backed by a 25-year warranty.
• Metal Siding & Roofing – Most come with 30–40 year warranties, depending on the color and coating style. We primarily use Sherwin Williams-coated coils, backed by their extensive metal coating warranty.
• Windows – Vinyl windows in our kits come with a lifetime warranty for the original homeowner.
• Additional Materials – We’ve partnered with The Home Depot to supply essential materials. Warranties on these items are valid nationwide.

The Summit Red Iron Home Steel Kit

American-made steel with a red-tinted primer for durability. Includes structural components, siding, roofing, trim, and fasteners. Weld-up kits come with CNC-cut clips for on-site assembly. Paneling in 26-gauge metal with color options for walls, trim, and a standard PBR roof. Engineered plans included. Porches, windows, and doors not standard but may be available. The Summit SIP Home Kit

What’s Included in the SIP Kit:

Our SIP Home Kit is designed for efficiency, durability, and ease of assembly. It includes pre-cut, ready-to-assemble insulated wall and roof panels that speed up construction while delivering superior energy performance. High-quality windows and exterior doors are provided to create a tight, energy-efficient seal, and pre-cut interior framing simplifies assembly and reduces labor costs.

For exterior durability, the kit features 26-gauge PBR panels for both siding and roofing, built to last. It also comes with trim details, including rake, eave, jamb, and corner trim, for a clean, polished finish. Added touches like peak boxes and rake end caps provide extra strength and visual appeal. To make installation even easier, colored Tek and Lap Tek screws are included for all panels. This kit is built to perform—and built to last.

Garage is Standard Framing:

• The garage is built with standard framing (included in the kit). The Garage is not SIP.

Energy Efficiency:

• SIP construction provides superior insulation, cutting heating and cooling costs.
• Allows for smaller, more affordable HVAC systems without sacrificing comfort.
