• Roof & Walls: 26-gauge PBR panels. (40 Year Warranty)
• Trim & Features:
  • Rake, eave, jamb, and corner trim included.
  • Peak boxes and rake end caps included.
• Fasteners: Colored Tek and Lap Tek screws are included for all panels.

  • Includes all required strappings for added stability.
• Exterior Sheathing:
  • ZipSystems R3 Wall Sheathing—strong, weather-resistant panels for better insulation and protection.
  • ZipSystems Roof Decking
• Siding and Roofing:
  • 26-gauge metal siding and roofing for long-lasting durability and weather resistance.
  • 26-gauge metal roofing with 40-year warranty
• Windows and Exterior Doors:
  • High-quality windows and exterior doors included for a complete shell.

What’s Not Included:

• Foundation & Septic: Slab and septic systems are not included—you’ll handle these locally based on site requirements.
• Garage Doors: Not part of the base kit but can be added if needed.
• Wood Porches: You can add the wood option.
• Anything not listed in the “included” section.

Our kits include materials from multiple suppliers, and all warranties are passed directly to you.

• Red Iron Steel – Sourced from trusted U.S. suppliers like Nucor.
• Cold-Formed Steel – Sourced from trusted U.S. suppliers, stronger than wood, quicker to build.
• Metal Siding & Roofing – Most come with 30–40 year warranties, depending on the color and coating style. We primarily use Sherwin Williams-coated coils, backed by their extensive metal coating warranty.
• Windows – Vinyl windows in our kits come with a lifetime warranty for the original homeowner.
• Additional Materials – We’ve partnered with The Home Depot to supply essential materials. Warranties on these items are valid nationwide.
