Cold-Formed Steel Getaway Home Kit

Our Getaway Cold-Formed Steel Kit is engineered for durability, efficiency, and ease of assembly. It includes pre-built steel panels for both interior and exterior framing, manufactured in Dallas and shipped directly to your site—ready to go up fast. The kit also comes with steel roof trusses, pre-engineered for strength and shipped ready to install, along with all necessary strappings for added structural stability.

For exterior protection, we include ZipSystems R3 wall sheathing and ZipSystems roof decking, providing excellent insulation and weather resistance. The siding and roofing are made from 26-gauge PBR panels—strong, long-lasting, and backed by a 40-year warranty. Trim details, including rake, eave, jamb, and corner trim, are also part of the package, along with peak boxes and rake end caps for a clean, finished look.

To complete the shell, the kit comes with high-quality windows and exterior doors, ensuring energy efficiency and security. Colored Tek and Lap Tek screws are included for all panels, so you have everything you need for assembly.

Red Iron Steel Getaway Home Kit

American-made steel with a red-tinted primer for durability. Includes structural components, siding, roofing, trim, and fasteners. Weld-up kits come with CNC-cut clips for on-site assembly. Paneling in 26-gauge metal with color options for walls, trim, and a standard PBR roof. Engineered plans included. Porches, windows, and doors not standard but may be available. Our kits include materials from multiple suppliers, and all warranties are passed directly to you.

• Red Iron Steel – Sourced from trusted North American suppliers like Nucor.
• Cold-Formed Steel – Sourced from trusted U.S. suppliers, stronger than wood, quicker to build.
• Metal Siding & Roofing – Most come with 30–40 year warranties, depending on the color and coating style. We primarily use Sherwin Williams-coated coils, backed by their extensive metal coating warranty.
• Windows – Vinyl windows in our kits come with a lifetime warranty for the original homeowner.
• Additional Materials – We’ve partnered with The Home Depot to supply essential materials. Warranties on these items are valid nationwide.
