The Apex home kit is one of the first barndominium kits we designed. A barndominium floor plan design with 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, and an open-concept living area.
This home works great in either kit format. From start to finish, both kits cost about the same to build.

We ship to all U.S. states except Alaska and Hawaii.

Your selections are not set in stone!
After we receive yourfully refundable get-started deposit, our team will personally review your options with you and provide expert guidance to finalize your kit.
You can adjust your selections or even transfer your deposit to a different kit, as long as engineering for your zip code hasn’t started.
Kit Warranty
Our kits include materials from multiple suppliers, and all warranties are passed directly to you.
- Red Iron Steel – Sourced from trusted U.S. suppliers like Nucor.
- Metal Siding & Roofing – Most come with 30–40 year warranties, depending on the color and coating style. We primarily use Sherwin Williams-coated coils, backed by their extensive metal coating warranty.
- Windows – Vinyl windows in our kits come with a lifetime warranty for the original homeowner.
Additional Materials – We’ve partnered withThe Home Depot to supply essential materials. Warranties on these items are valid nationwide.
