This custom prefabricated home kit has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms a large shop, a home office, and a wrap-around porch. The office has a closet, so it can be used as a 4th bedroom. This home is perfect for either kit type. Cost to build will be about the same when finished. The SIPs kit will erect much faster.

- Metal Siding & Roofing – Most come with 30–40 year warranties, depending on the color and coating style. We primarily use Sherwin Williams-coated coils, backed by their extensive metal coating warranty.
- Windows – Vinyl windows in our kits come with a lifetime warranty for the original homeowner.
Additional Materials – We’ve partnered withThe Home Depot to supply essential materials. Warranties on these items are valid nationwide.
