With a background in scaling complex businesses, he has assembled a growing powerhouse team—including architects, SIPs specialists, engineers and takeoff experts in order to fix a broken housing market. Bill’s mission is to remove the friction and bureaucratic 'noise' that makes building expensive and overwhelming. By documenting real-world builds and providing field-tested systems, he empowers homeowners and GCs to build faster, smarter, and more affordably.
